Zanele Mbokazi-Nkambule (born in Durban) is a South African evangelist, preacher, and TV presenter. She is also a notable entrepreneur and is popular for being a creator and producer of Crown Gospel Music Awards.
She has further gained prominence for her personality including her “soft spoken voice”. As a Disk Jockey, she has worked with the popular radio station Ukhozi FM.
She has also worked with the popular gospel television show on SABC 1 titled Gospel Gold.

The popular presenter was born in Durban, South Africa. She spent her childhood days in the coastal city in eastern KwaZulu-Natal.
She had her academic pursuit and matriculated at St. Francis College in Marianhill. She enrolled for a BA Degree at the University of Natal and majored in English and Politics.
She also holds a BA Honors degree in Media and Communications and a PR Diploma from Damelin.
Zanele Mbokazi is a preacher, evangelist, television presenter, and entrepreneur. She is popular for being the creator and producer behind the yearly Crown Gospel Music Awards.
Her media career dates back to the nineties after her starring role in Livewire, a reality show on the then NNTV.
She joined the Durban-based radio station Ukhozi FM in 1995. She worked as a presenter on gospel music programs and talk shows.
During her stay at Ukhozi FM, she tried out working on television. She worked as a news and current affairs presenter for the KZN Network.
In 1997, Zanele got a job as a presenter at SABC1 and presented a gospel music program – Ihora lokudumisa. She established her public relations company, Mirror PR, in 1999.
Until 2007, she worked as a presenter of the gospel show titled Gospel Gold broadcast on SABC1. She became the producer of the show later on.
She is the host of season one of ONE Gospel reality competition titled Shine in 2010. After the first season, Fezile Makhanya took over from the second season.
Zanele also was the presenter on the religious talk show Khwezela/Rekindle with Zanele Mbokazi, broadcast on SABC1 in 2012.
She is happily married to Bishop Mpendulo Nkambule of Word of Hope Ministries. Zanele is also a proud mother.

In 1999, Zanele established her company Mirror PR and Events. The company has its primary objectives in event management, communications, and PR and media strategies.
Through her company, Zanele has been able to manage many high-profile events both at home and abroad. She also founded is the Patron of the Future Leaders Project. This has its primary objective as empowering young people with knowledge and skills.
